The Officers and Directors of the MAAW do hereby revise the Field Rules to allow solo-certified members only to fly alone, defined specifically as: by himself/herself, with no other responsible adult accompanying the member, at the MAAW flying field at Croton Point Park, subject to the following condition: the member flying alone must acknowledge that if, when flying alone or participating alone in any related activity at the MAAW field, he/she is physically injured and/or otherwise adversely affected in any way, or causes personal injury or property damage to a third party, he/she will be solely responsible for same, and the member agrees to hold the Miniature Aircraft Association Of Westchester, its Officers and Directors, and the Westchester County Parks Department harmless with respect to any negligence or responsibility for any personal injuries to himself/herself, or personal injuries and/or property damages to third parties when flying alone or participating alone in any related activity at the MAAW field.
