Set aside
some time for the latter part of April. Our yearly
Spring Work Day will be scheduled for sometime
then. We will need everyone to lend a hand in
getting the field ready for the flying
season.
We need volunteers for the booth at the WRAM show

It's that
time of the year again. Volunteers for the MAAW
booth at the WRAM show are needed. Sign up at the
February meeting and contribute some of your time
during the weekend to man the booth. See Fred or
Ed M. or Dave.
New Meeting locations and Spotters Required

Two important
changes are already in place as we begin 2008.
First, the May through September meetings will be
held at the field, at the usual date (third
Tuesday of the month) and time (7:00 PM).
Secondly, with the beginning of the flying
season, spotters will be
required for all pilots. Be prepared to "buddy
up" with someone when you are ready to fly
and before
you are in
the air. A primer on how to be a spotter will be made
available soon.
